hela Sverige // ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reports to the Head of Marketing Solutions EMEA and works day to day within team to successfully deliver and support web portal and e-Commerce applications.
• Interact and facilitate the collaboration with Electrolux employees, internal contractor and third party suppliers.
• Lead the design and supervise implementation of the Electrolux brands web portals and participate in the elaboration of e-commerce solutions.
• Create and implement best practices regarding solutions based on Episerver platform - configuration and custom coding.
• Act as the Episerver and web portal technical and functional subject matter expert within the Electrolux Marketing community.
• Design and code system enhancements per management requests.
• Assists with testing of web portal and e-Commerce applications including defining test plans, expected results and assisting the business with executing tests.
• Work with team members to identify potential risks in application design and delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate Infrastructure Operations and Application Operations tasks in direct contact with our service supplier.
• Develops and maintains a collaborative relationship with business and IT stakeholders to facilitate their needs through the change management process and maintain an optimal climate for support and sharing.
// KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or other technical field.
• Advanced and proven experience of using Episerver in high-traffic environments.
• 3+ years development experience using Microsoft technologies. Web technologies including ASP.NET, C# and MVC strongly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of common Episerver performance problems and optimisations. Able to gather metrics and demonstrate improvements over time.
• Thorough knowledge of Episerver configuration, and safely promoting configuration changes between environments.
• Excellent and current knowledge of Episerver best practices.
• Good relationship with the Episerver community, participation in events.
• Able to confidently estimate the effort required to perform Episerver specific work, in partnership with the development team.
• Ability to quickly prototype and demonstrate proposed improvements.
• Ability to communicate your specialist knowledge. Perform ongoing reviews of current implementations, share feedback with the rest of the team.
• Experience regularly upgrading Episerver, with zero downtime.
• Basic familiarity with standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• An advocate for Test Driven Development, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Integration, Delivery and other general good practices.
• Advanced interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical groups (able to bridge the business and breaks IT language barrier).
• Enthusiasm to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving techniques.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft IIS or Apache Webserver administration.
• Experience working in multicultural/international environments.
• Language skills: English (mandatory), any other language is an advantage.
• Flexible for international business travels.
//ABOUT THE ROLE
Web Content Management Analyst - You have a background as a developer who specialises in Episerver, but you are looking to move beyond hands-on coding and use your expertise to inform and advice on how large scale development and editorial teams can make best use of the Episerver platform.
You will be reviewing current implementations and processes and propose improvements, leading an ongoing process of metric-driven optimisation, raising awareness of new Episerver developments and the benefits they could bring, and ensure that your specialist knowledge of Episerver is shared throughout the organization
This role is pivotal in driving the front-end content development and executing the wider digital strategy across EMEA to ensure maximal consumer experience. Working as part of the IT Marketing Solutions team this role supports the day-to-day website/digital platform content management needs; working with the Digital Marketing stakeholders in executing the Digital Strategy across EMEA and working closely with service suppliers to carry out optimisation and operations tasks.
