Titel: Web Communications & IT Strategy Officer
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Reporting to the Head of Communications, the position encompasses the following main duties:
1. Webmaster for all digital communications, including websites, social media and other platforms.
2. Management of of knowledge-driven communicaiton platforms, such as CRM (contact management systems), strategic databases and knowledge exchange communities.
3. Management of the IT needs of the GWP Secretariat.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
At least three years work experience of:
• website management and publishing, including SEO, content development, web standards, social media, image/media editing software and content management systems (CMS).
• working with databases and/or managing data driven systems
• requirements gathering for interactive and IT projects
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks including procurements, vendors, project monitoring and evaluation, etc.
High level of proficiency to plan, organise and carry out work tasks within deadlines.
Service oriented work style, with ability to work effectively and harmoniously at all levels in an international team.
Excellent command of written and spoken English

English is the working language of the GWP Secretariat in Stockholm.
