You as a humble rebel @ Fyndiq will
Coach your future UX/Web team and be their go-to hen (girl/guy in Swedish, you’ll not be their go-to mother chicken)
Work with concept and prototype development.
Making sure our stakeholders are informed.
Have salary and appraisal chats with your team members.
Get routines and processes in place and ensure that they are followed.
Make sure that the User Experience is incredibly awesome.
So pack your bags with
At least 5 years experience of working as an UX/Web Designer.
Degree from a design school (Berghs, Hyper Island or something way cooler).
Experience from leading a team.
Experience of working with mobile and apps.
Your B2B mindset.
Creativity and your fearlessness.
