There is therefore a need to strengthen the IT department with Web & Style sheet Developers, who would like to work in a dynamic environment with many international links.
Apart from your colleagues in Gothenburg, you will work closely together with the IT departments located in Stockholm, Warsaw & Barcelona. Your work will be carried out in teams & projects under the supervision of the Research & Development Manager.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain XSL & CSS style sheets and web applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug and provide third line support in your area of expertise.
• Continuously document and version control your code.
• Take an active part in system design and specification processes.
• Assist departments within the corporation with technical consultancy.
Requirements
• A completed higher education in combination with a feel for online and printed layout.
• Very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Work structured and methodically and be proactive and self-motivated.
• Challenged by logical and graphical problem solving.
• Very good knowledge of XML technologies such as XSLT and XPath, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP.
• Strong understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility.
Meritorious
• Knowledge regarding Content and Document Management Systems such as Drupal and Joomla.
• Relational databases and SQL, such as MSSQL and MySQL.
