Job Description

The Web Analyst role will play an important role in the KIDS Business Unit Customer Experience team. You will contribute with decision support through strategic interpretation of data and derived insights. This will help us to set strategies and actions to further develop our world class customer experience, grow our customer base, maximize sales and profitability. As a Web Analyst, you will analyze the customer behavior in all our digital channels. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including KIDS BU Customer Experience team, Web analysts across the company and Marketing. To support strategy, decision making, priorities and follow up; a web analyst derive a full overview (full funnel) of the customer journey on hm.com.
The role includes, but are not limited to:
Identify and optimize key conversion paths, determining the most important KPI's to track and setting benchmarks.
Build hypotheses based on data and insights to drive the BU's A/B testing agenda.
Identify and drive tracking requirements if needed.
Take part in drive development of improved web analytics capabilities, e.g. driving integration of GA data into Business intelligence systems.
Evaluate commercial strategies, campaigns and media investments.
Provide a holistic understanding of the customer experience, transactional data and sales performance and proactively provide ways to improve.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe that you have an understanding of digital data is captured, you are analytical, naturally curious and keen to find trends, patterns and true answers to maximize customer experience. You are goal and result oriented and you can navigate in a highly complex environment in a global role. As a person you are collaborative with strong communication skills, you can share your insights and knowledges to anyone in the organization and you get people on board.
We'd love to meet someone who:
Has a degree in relevant field and a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role
Experience in web analytics (or similar, CRO, Data analyst) working with different data sets and understanding performance drivers.
Experienced in web analytic tools such as google analytics, Data studio, Tableau, Clicktale, StyleSage, etc.
Previous experience of working with e-commerce for consumer goods.
Prior A/B testing experience is beneficial but not a requirement.
