Hello, is it us you are looking for? If you love data and finding an innovative way to collect, analyze and present data then we're off to a good start! We are looking for a Web Analyst to join us in the Digital Sales team who are as excited about digital customer experience as we are.
We always want to create new digital touchpoints so we can more easily interact with our guests in our 200+ different hotels and simplify their customer journey. To deliver on this promise, we need your help to tell us what our guests are doing on our site and aid in improving where improvement is needed.
What you will be doing:
In this role you will be responsible for how we track data and how we can improve with other integrated features or systems. You will be a crucial part of the team and Nordic choice hotels since your work of collecting data, analytics and presentations will help the whole organization to find better ways to always have the best possible experience and find the right KPI:s to measure to see if we are on the right track on our set targets.
Still wondering what you will do on a daily basis at eBerry? So here is the thing, we don't have a Web Analyst in-house today, so you will be able to mold this role into your own perfect role. But what we do know is that analytics and data will be at the core of your role. And best part: you will join a team of 11 happy people who are waiting to welcome you!
Who we think you are:
We are looking for someone who feels comfortable and wants to take ownership over our web analytics. You have worked a couple of years as a Web Analyst and understand how tagManager, Analytics (UA & 4) and bigQuery works together.
You know how to present the data in a creative and structured way. You are curious and want to be up to date on the latest innovative technologies for analytics.
