The role will include but is not limited to:
Making outgoing calls and connecting with customers regarding web development projects and social media products and services
Providing excellent support for account management by scheduling weekly follow up calls with new customers to discuss issues and assist customers with marketing strategies and the implementation of new tools and products
Monitoring the performance of assigned accounts and providing effective solutions to improve performance and ensuring that the revenue of the accounts is growing
Ensuring the quality and compliance of customer?s online campaigns
Troubleshooting advertiser issues
Gathering customer feedback in order to enhance ad products and the customer experience
The successful candidate will receive:

The successful candidate will possess:
Experience in a similar industry dealing with clients, customer service or agency experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team setting
Able to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time under high-pressure situations
Extensive experience using Social Media platforms
