Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: Biogen Idec is seeking a senior IT leader based in the Sweden affiliate to lead the IT activities across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Austria. The affiliates business is largely Commercial (i.e. sales and marketing, medical and market access), led by a local MD. This role is to implement a 2-3 year roadmap in how Biogen Idec can, in partnership with other affiliates, drive technical innovation that allows us to maximize the revenue potential of our robust pipeline. This person will sit on the local affiliate senior leadership team and be responsible to drive a high value portfolio of activities through sound governance and strong personal leadership and influence.

The IT Site Head acts as a business partner and IT Information Manager to the MDs and their Leadership Teams ensuring:
Local execution of the roadmap
Serve as focal point for the respective business area (Sales, Marketing & Country Affiliates) for all IT needs, priorities and translate them into the IT regional roadmap for prioritization and solution proposals using agreed appropriate IT systems and processes
Advise to management on business opportunities enabled through technology
Activities, budgets and portfolios are strategically and operationally aligned with the business needs as well as the IT functional strategies
Projects are managed and monitored to assure benefits are met and potential bottlenecks or failures are identified and solved in due time
Effective collaboration between the Global/Regional IT functions and delivery teams
Infuse forward looking, creative and innovative solutions
• Be a business partner - one that brings ideas to the table, rather than just react to them
• Manage proper execution of IT projects
standardization of applications by promoting shared processes, data harmonization and architectural compliance regionally and/or globally where possible
Customer satisfaction is maintained and commitments met in terms of quality, timing, costs through effective delivery of services provided by IT.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Required qualifications:
• A minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in international environment; preferably (and a strong advantage) within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• Solid knowledge in e- marketing especially in: Web, Portal, Big Data, e-detailing and deployment platform, Web analytic, SEO, SEM etc.
• Extensive knowledge in CRM: call/contact management, segmentation, targeting and profiling, tactical planning and competitive intelligence
• Understanding of BI: data sources, data warehouse, master data, design, mobile reporting etc.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle methodologies
• Strong project management and system analysis skills
• Knowledge on innovative technology solutions
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communication at all levels
• Strong customer focus and stakeholders management skills
Education
• Bachelor degree in computer Sciences or any other relevant background
