As a process engineer you will be responsible for identifying key opportunity areas and improvement initiatives. You will lead the process improvement projects from diagnose to implementation. Your job also includes you to take an active part to spread and secure the business process improvement projects within the organisation. You will perform analyses of current processes and come up with improvement suggestions. Additional tasks in your position will be to plan and track progress of projects, communication within the organisation, generate reports and act as a coach to advocate continues improvements.
Who qualifies for this assignment?
You have a master degree in business engineering and at least five years of working experience with in business consulting. You have a good understanding of the processes and focus in construction. Your solving and analytic skills, your process oriented and structured mindset together with persuasiveness and coaching skills will help you to succeed in this position. Your ability to inspire individuals, to deliver against set targets and develop relations will make you successful in your new job. It is necessary to be fluent in English, both spoken and written, for this position since travelling abroad can occur.
