Manager, R&D Formulation
We are searching for a manager for the Formulation team. You will have the responsibility for the science and the personnel within the function, which is responsible for design and formulation of new products for parenteral nutrition. You will participate in the development process both directly in the projects and by supporting your coworkers and act as an expert and a resource within the organisation.
The development work includes formulation and documentation of products and processes for liquid sterile solutions and emulsions. You have an appropriate educational background such as pharmacist, chemist or chemical engineer and you should have a Ph.D. within a relevant area, such as galenics or surface and colloid chemistry. You have an industrial background with experience from pharmaceutical development, and you are well acquainted with requirements both with respect to quality systems as well as other prerequisites for the development process. You have documented leadership experience, preferably as a line manager, and have skills and interest in motivating and developing your coworkers,
As a person you are driving, inspiring and target-oriented. You will work crossfunctionally in the projects, both locally and outside of Sweden, which puts high demands on your communication skill and your ability to collaborate. You should have good presentation skills, both orally and in writing. Reviewing and authoring pharmaceutical documentation will be an integrated part of your work. You will form part of the I&DC PN management team.
