As a retail designer at Hästens, you will be travelling all over the world to visit our partners and design all types of retail environments, such as new Hästens Stores, shop-in-shops and fairs. You will be working close to our sales team and cooperate with partners to create the best solution for each store. You will be a part of our Marketing team and report into the Retail Design Manager.
The position also includes revising company guidelines on a regular basis, and continuously working with upgrading our regional source book. You will also work with creating mood boards and photo projects. You will be on the road to meet our partners and explore business opportunities about 50 % of you time. You will also be required to work from our head quarter in Köping a couple of days per week.

The company is about to open several own stores, and you will get the chance to be a part of planning, designing and opening these stores.
For you to be the perfect fit for this position, we believe you who have a minimum of three to five years experience from interior or retail design/planning and some kind of training in this area. We also think that you have previous experience from working in a store environment. You will be asked to do projects on your own and in teams, and project leading skills is a must. A structured approach, positive thinking, professionalism and a big measure of responsibility are qualities that we value in our organization. You also need to be flexible and able to travel. We are working with the software ?Plan-it?, and experience from that or other equivalent software is a plus. Fluent English is required in this position as are skills in the Office programs and Photo shop.
