Requirements
We are looking for someone who has an understanding of how data can benefit the wider business and is able to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders. Our future colleague is a person eager to learn and is thrilled by figuring out root causes and understanding problems from a wider perspective.
• Strong experience with Cloud/Serverless infrastructure (Azure preferred)
• Experience building ETL pipelines and data environments
• Strong experience in machine learning, data science and/or AI modeling, etc
• Experience within BI Development/Data Warehousing (Power BI preferred)
• Solid Python and/or R programming skills (Python preferred, but R is also great)
• Ability to research and implement novel solutions for technical problems
Fluent English is a requirement for the role, and fluent in Swedish is beneficial.
Role description
You will be a key component in our customers' projects, where you will help design and implement technical solutions. You'll be e bridge between identifying the needs in the customer's business and coming up with a suitable technical solution. Being strategical in your thinking is key - to identify what data is needed, to specify the infrastructure and design, and then understanding how to best put the solution into practice.
An ordinary day can consist of meeting both internally or with clients, to discuss problems that need to be solved or goals that need to be achieved. You'll also spend time building the actual solutions, with tasks such as writing code and designing and deploying solutions in the cloud. As our next Data Scientist, you'll also stay up-to-date with the newest technologies, and researching and learning about our customers' industries.
