About the client

Achilles’ Customer On-boarding team offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be selling a best in class procurement solution, underpinned by a cloud based software platform. You’ll be working on behalf of a client base that consists of some of the most prestigious blue chip names around the globe. Worktasks
Achilles’ Customer On-boarding organisation is a truly global team with presence from Australia to Chile. Our impressive client list includes names like Shell, Unilever and Jaguar Land Rover, and it’s growing all the time. Our role is to qualify the client’s supplier community and manage it on their behalf.

Joining the team in Technical Sales, you’ll sell business-to-business in one of three teams – Renewals, New Business or Retention. You will be responsible for converting a high number of new business opportunities or ensuring high renewal sales by matching the best services to suppliers, delivering continuous improvements to the supplier experience.

Your profile
Our Customer Agents are enthusiastic, target driven and motivated to deliver the best value service to our customers using a consultative approach to establish their needs and match them with our portfolio of services. A confident and professional manner is a must to handle customer calls from a variety of suppliers, from small owner-managed local businesses to blue chip corporations. Achilles’ services are unique, so our sales agents know that good listening skills, coupled with the ability to adapt your style to your client, are vital when negotiating through to sales closure.

Your responsibility is to call our clients’ suppliers on their behalf and request them to complete a basic questionnaire so we can ascertain their subscription needs.

You’ll be supported by communication materials such as letters, emails and messages which are sent by the clients themselves, so your prospects will be expecting Achilles to contact them. You’ll also receive the training and personal development you need to hit the ground running and enjoy success from the start.
