Are you interested in working as an Infrastructure Technician? We are looking for someone who is skilled, motivated, customer focused, and proficient with technologies to help our customers with a wide range of IT activities. If this describes you, you may be a fit for us!
As an Infrastructure Technician you will have a wide range of responsibilities, with the primary focus being to work with and help our customers with their various IT related needs. This person will help our customers design the system architecture, perform software and business systems installations and upgrades, as well as assist with the configuration and optimization needed for these activities. The position will also include resolving basic to complex errors/issues with architecture and applications. In addition, this person could be a point of contact for IT related issues for internal team members and the business in general, amongst other duties.

Your profile:
As an Infrastructure Technician, we believe you are customer focused and believe you have experience and knowledge in many of the following areas:
• Administering and configuring Windows servers and Windows PCs.
* Installing Windows
* Active directory / ADFS
* Backups
• Experience with VMware and virtualization.
* Experience installing and configuring various software on Windows platform.
* Some experience with SQL Server installation and configuration.
• Experience with PC hardware installation & set up is a merit.
• Certificate authority is a merit.
• Speak and write English fluently. Swedish is a merit.
