As an assistant logistics manager is to handle the storage and distribution of Flyte's products. This includes making sure our products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
You will work closely with the logistic manager to help manage daily shipping operations among Flyte's warehouses and main distribution channels.
You will coordinate and liaise with shipping to retailers, (Amazon, MoMA design store, etc.) suppliers and factories. Coordinate bookings and deliveries between our warehouses in Asia, US and Europe.
Establish new accounts and distribution channels.
Keep track of stock levels, delivery times to and from our warehouse.
The candidate should have great communication and organization skills, be detail orientated and know how to solve problems with strong analytic skills.
This requires good written and communication skills in English and a positive attitude :)
Good understanding of e-commerce, DHL, UPS, FedEX, logistics and e-commerce software's, such as Shipwire, Shopify and Amazon is a plus.
You will also work with our sales manager about orders, tracking, status updates and finding new ways to improve and optimize the logistics experience.
