Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

We are responsible for Managing of Product Follow Up Process and FRAS, Follow-up Report Administration System.

FRAS is an issue management system that support deviation handling within Scania including service network worldwide. It has appr. 14.000 users globally. We manage appr. 160 change requests over a year and release new updates every second week.

We strive to work with Agile methods and plan smaller updates around the year but we also manage bigger releases from time to time.

Main tasks

Your responsibility is to plan and lead the maintenance and development of the FRAS system. Scania IT is our provider of solutions and together with an Maintenance Manager and Software developers from them you set up the plan for FRAS. You lead Maintenance, Investigation and CCB meetings.

You will be given opportunities to improve your leadership, coaching and communication skills. You will be given opportunities to improve your knowledge in mainly Product Follow Up Process but also in the whole Product Development process within Scania.

You will be a part of a small team with daily interactions where focus is Process and FRAS Maintenance/Development.

Your profile

You have sound leadership skills, good communication skills, both with individuals and large groups

You have social skills and ability to plan and you focus on customer needs

We see it as an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of Jira.

You have relevant university education or equivalent professional experience and you have command of written and spoken English
