We are looking for a star to join our new Pre-Sales team!
We are on an exciting and challenging growth journey and are now looking for you, a driven, ambitious, and committed star, who is passionate about creating a world-class customer experience.
Your role will be a key function for the entire organization as you shape the customer's first impression of Sunroof and create customer meetings that pave the way for the company's sales opportunities. A central and important responsibility in the role is to identify and process new warm leads, where you work together with a dedicated team that handles customer contact and selection of new potential customers.

You will work closely with the company's various departments to help drive the company's sales activities forward. Daily responsibilities
• Capture incoming leads in our CRM system.
• Call warm leads
• Schedule meetings between customer and seller
• Actively participate in internal sales meetings to follow up on activities carried out
• Maintain and update the company's internal CRM system with relevant listing, lead information and booked meetings.
• Respond to sales inquiries phone calls and emails in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in customer service and additional sales. You want to develop in somewhat more complex consultative B2C sales and are prepared to go "the extra mile" for the customer experience. You are customer and service oriented and enjoy having constructive and interesting dialogues with potential customers. You are fluent in Swedish with good knowledge in English. You have a strong desire to contribute to the development of the business, yours, and colleagues as we grow. We are convinced that with your drive and ability to cooperate, you create strong relationships between departments - a very important part of Sunroof's continued success. Experience in all glory, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability - the chemistry must be right!
The position is a permanent position starting according to agreement and placement at our office in central Gothenburg. A six-month probationary period applies. We work when our customers need us the most, therefore you will work varying hours where weekends also occur.
