hela Sverige Marvell Technology Sweden is looking for a highly skilled Staff System Architect with knowledge and experience of telecommunication systems and Network Processor Units (NPUs). You will join the NPU Products & Solutions group in Stockholm and become part of an experienced team of Systems and Solutions Architects that is responsible for defining and specifying the next generation Marvell Xelerated Network Processors. As a Staff System Architect it is important that you have a profound understanding of network solutions from a hardware, software, and systems perspective, and that you have worked in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years.
Specific tasks include:
Work closely together with Product Management, Product Marketing, FAEs and Solutions Architects during the entire product definition process Create network, system, and device level solution proposals based on customer requirements and strategic device portfolio objectives Provide trade-off analysis for different system and device level implementation options Ensure interoperability between device families to enable glue-less system level solutions Manage the device definition process and lead a core design cell consisting of a lead design architect, a lead software architect, and other subject matter experts Deliver a complete device specification to internal and customer engineering teams Provide 3rd line customer support Represent Marvell at technical industry consortia Qualifications:
MSc EE, MSc CS or equivalent required > 5 years of work experience Deep knowledge of switch and router systems and communications protocols such as Ethernet, IP, TCP, and MPLS Experience with NPU based systems Experience with network design analysis Experience in writing detailed technical documentationCharacteristics:
Structured and analytical mind-set Ready to assume technical responsibility and full ownership Ability to take initiatives and work without detailed instructions Organized and able to prioritize tasks in a busy work environment Well-developed communication skills Fluent in English and the ability to relate complex technical information You enjoy working in an international high paced environment
