The assignment
• Secure the Datacenter's life cycle management by setting up yearly plans.
• Together with IT controller prepare budget by doing monthly prognosis that always is at least 12months ahead.
• Follow up and report both Datacenter's cost versus budget and other specified key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate ongoing activities and follow up to ensure that these activities are being carried out in accordance with the agreed budget and schedule. If necessary, assume the role of project manager or sub-project manager.
• Coordinate the daily work and decide prioritization if necessary.
• Manage both internal and external resources by delegating, communicating and following up on tasks.
• Secure that Datacenter with server, storage and data warehouse works according to decided processes.
• Coordinate the daily activities with the Service managers of Communication and Applications.
• Monthly maintenance meetings with all service managers in Global IT and Local Country IT.
2-3 days in Ljungby is a requirement
