Now we are looking for a Communication Business Partner who will lead communication supporting the integration of sustainability into core business.

Jefferson Wells is looking for a Communication Business Partner for our global client located in Malmö. In this role as a Communication Business Partner you will enable change both in the known an in the unknown, supporting the change process with dialogues and relevant, tailored communications.

In the role you will;
• Lead effective change communication, securing the communication process by defining, planning, executing and following up communication to relevant stakeholders/target groups.
• Coach and support leaders and co-workers in strategic communication and change communication, while understanding the receiver perspective and the complexity of change.
• Proactively contribute to business strategy & planning discussions to ensure business communication goals and deliverables are aligned with the overall business plan and directions.
• Develop alongside other communicators and tap into wider resources, i.e. co-worker communication, social/digital, PR, stakeholder engagement, campaigns etc.
• Actively push for improvement of content creation, driving effectiveness and efficiency in communication fit for the rapidly changing communication landscape.
• Work across functions within Ingka Group, leveraging strong relationships and wide network to secure all communication activity is delivered using the right channels at the right time, with solid audience insights.

We are looking for;
• An experienced, senior change communication leader with a strong passion for purpose-led, sustainable business. You have demonstrable experience of supporting business transformation and change initiatives with through strategic communication. You thrive on making complex topics simple and demonstrating how strategic communication can enable the business to achieve its objectives.
• You who build strong and meaningful interpersonal relationships enabling you to coach and advise stakeholders comfortable defining, planning, executing and following up on varied reactive and proactive communication initiatives, and partnering effectively with colleagues in the full range of communication disciplines, such as coworker communication, media relations and public affairs. All the while, you keep the needs of relevant stakeholders, customers and co-workers' at heart.
• A team player who finds energy and results in collaboration. You are not only comfortable leading in the unknown, defining strategy while delivering at the same time, but you actively enjoy it and seek this out. You get energy from creating structure and clarity without a handbook to guide you. At the same time, you are humble about the complex landscapes you land in, and actively work with and learn from others to enable you to get up to speed quickly

Essential experience and competence;
• Extensive knowledge how to lead change with communication in a complex environment, supporting and coaching our leaders and other stakeholders
• Extensive knowledge of how to lead communication by defining, planning, executing and follow-up communication to relevant stakeholders, always keeping co-workers informed, engaged and empowered
• Proven stakeholder management skills, working within senior leadership teams as coach and advisor
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English - you are credible leader and advisor in communication and business from day one
• Demonstrable track record of developing effective communication strategies in a complex, global brand
• Some experience of working with sustainable business topics and initiatives
• Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to undertake operational comms tasks as needed - this role is focused on strategic tasks but not exclusively so

This assignment is at least 10 month long and you will be employed by Jefferson Wells but spend your working days with our customer.
