Now we are looking for a Communication Business Partner with strong change communications experience within a business transformation context.
Jefferson Wells is looking for a Communication Business Partner for our global client located in Malmö. You will be supporting the organization in the area of change communication by defining, planning, executing relevant communication solutions.
The main tasks of the assignment are:
* Develop effective change communication to support the integration of sustainability into core business
* Quickly establish a detailed map of audiences, stakeholders and relevant channels to ensure communication lands in the right way, at the right time
* Secure the communication process by defining, planning, executing and following up communication to relevant stakeholders/target groups
* Produce a range of effective communication assets yourself and with support of external agencies
* Coach and support leaders and co-workers in strategic communication and change communication, while understanding the receiver perspective and the complexity of change.
* Develop alongside other communicators and tap into wider resources, i.e. co-worker communication, social/digital, PR, stakeholder engagement, campaigns etc.
Your profile
You are an experienced all round communicator with experience of supporting change initiatives within a complex global environment. You have a passion for purpose-led, sustainable business, and thrive when able to apply your communication skills and experience to deliver positive change. You build relationships and networks quickly and are comfortable navigating in the unknown with constant change as a backdrop. You enjoy juggling many different tasks, priorities and deadlines at one time, and comfortably adapt to meet changing demands. You bring a strategic mindset together with excellent hands-on skills, such as drafting copy, creating visual assets yourself, as well as leading agencies to deliver. You create sharp briefs that lead to efficient production and high impact results. You are an all rounder who can turn your hand to support many different needs, and you thrive with variety in your everyday work.
Requirements:
* Experience of supporting business transformation and change initiatives in a complex, global organization
* Broad communication skills and experience, able to provide strategic input while creating a range of assets in line with communication plans
* Ability to define and create assets for a wide range of audiences and channels
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge and experience of measuring effectiveness of communication activities
This assignment is at least 6 month long and you will be employed by Jefferson Wells but spend your working days with our customer.
