ABOUT THE POSITION
To succeed in this role, you must in addition have a style that suits us, be an excellent communicator, structured and be a good leader. You will lead a team of graphic designers , however we see you as a person who also works operationally.
We are looking for a person that can show a relevant portfolio of work within fashion, art, music, or similar.
Each of our collection has a theme, artworks and campaign imagery created by the CD. Your work is to lead your team in managing the identity of Mini Rodini and develope the communication and graphics around it.
You must love quality, have a classic and commercial style with a modern twist and intelligent humor. You will work very independently but also together with our Creative Director who you will be reporting to.
The position is based at our Stockholm Office.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:
• At least 5 years experience preferably from a creative company or fashion brand. Experience as an Art Director a plus.
• Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping
• Strong creative vision with attention to business and brand objectives
• Strong communicator and highly organized who can lead and manage a team of creatives
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Swedish a plus.
We are not looking for illustrators, photographers or print designers.
