Task description
Scrum master is a flexible, positive team player who is able to coach, guide and most of all support the development team in their STMS way of working. The client doesn't run text-book scrum and therefore they prefer a team-leading type of person over an Agile coach. It is however important that you understand the basic principles of scrum (user stories, burndown, Kanban boards, backlog management) but also are able to coordinate team activities.
We believe that you...
• have an education as a software developer or in data engineering, and you have worked as a Scrum Master or teamlead for developers for 2-3 years. You have a good understanding of the IT development environment (version control, release tracks, CCB, various test cycles) If you also have a background as a software developer or in QA/testing we see that as meritable.
As a Scrum Master your social skills are very important. We believe that you have excellent communication and are responsive, convincing and an ambitious team player. You feel comfortable aligning amongst teams at Kanban and to present at sprint review and weekly scrum.
