Experis Finance is looking for a staffing Project Coordinator for one of our clients in Malmö. Estimated assignment lengths is approximately 2 years.

Responsibilities

* Book interviews
* prepare shortlist
* take references
* communicate with many different stakeholders
* general coordination & administration

Qualifications

* Fluent in English, written and verbally
* 4-7 years of experience in similar tasks
* Great communication skills.
* Able to work with little supervision.
* Experience from Global complex internationl companies,
* Experience from recruitment systems
* good with Excel
