On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Communicator. Our client is a global company within retail. This request is for a Project Communicator who will secure consistent and clear communication about the project to project stakeholders. The Project Communicator will support Project Management and other project resources with the creation of suitable communication material.
Main tasks for a Project Communicator:
The task for this assignment is to support our client with the following areas:
* Create and maintain communication material around the project.
* Manage a stakeholder list and secure relevant information is distributed at the right time.
* Create a weekly newsletter for the project based in information gathered from project management.
* Paricipate in Project Board meetings to take minutes and maintain action and decision logs.
Your profile:
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Good ability to understand the bigger picture of the project.
* Energetic.
* Flexible.
* Self-motivated.
* Experience in creating communication material aimed at various stakeholders.
* Preferrably experience from work in major project.
