• We are looking for a Maintenance Manager in Gothenburg.

In the role: as a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will be:
Analysis of root causes, ensuring implementation of corrective and preventative actions to secure the production line
Lead the production team and initiate corrective and preventive actions
Continuously develop the production process
Responsible for General Planning and Oversight of the production line
Act as a main contact point for the production-related issues
Initiate and track Improvement Activities to the production line
We are looking for you: Who have Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering. You will need to have a can-do attitude and be a fast thinker as well as a true problem solver. Our customer is a tier-one supplier to the automotive industry therefore, it would be beneficial to have earlier experience from the automotive industry or other relevant production experience.
Required competencies:
• Fluent in English written and verbal
• Fluent in Swedish written and verbal
• 3 years of professional experience
