From our cleaning center we distrube Arjo rental assets to our customers in Stockholm and surrounding areas.
This is opportunity for an individual looking for a varied role in an international company. As Team Lead, you are responsible for the planning and daily work at our cleaning center in Sollentuna. In this role, you get the opportunity to work together with our great team and our important customers.
The position
Your main responsibilities as Team Lead Rental Technican:
As teamleader:
Responsible for the daily team leading and planning of the Swedish rental service team in Sollentuna.
Responsible for the daily business in Sollentuna and reporting back to Rental Operations Manager Nordics.
Participant in recruitment process and responsible for introduction for new team members.
As team member:
Delivering of rental assets in Stockholm and surrounding areas
Responsible for deliveries, pick up and swap out of rental & customer owned assets.
Administration of rental orders and reporting customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
We believe that the right candidate has:
Customer service mindset
A background in a similar job
An positive approach in reaching collegues and customers
Strong language skills in Swedish and English
The successful Team Lead would likely be a person who is good at building long term relationships with our customers and is results driven. We see that you have a positive attitude, is adaptable to change, have the resilience to work independently and contributing to the team in order to share knowledge, solutions and celebrate success.
