You'll be a key business partner to our leadership team — making sure our logistics operations deliver real value for both our customers and the business. You'll lead a talented team, drive our logistics function in Sweden, and collaborate with Business, Finance, Operations, Service and Sales teams across the Nordics and beyond!
You'll make a difference by:
Shaping the Future: You'll develop, coordinate and execute the logistics strategy for the entire Nordic and Baltic region, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
Driving Transformation: You'll lead the charge in digitalization, automation, and AI initiatives, while driving broader transformation across the entire logistics organization in the Nordics in order to ensure a unified way of working across the region. You will leverage data, performance management and KPI-driven insights to continuously improve service levels, delivery performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Building High-Performing Teams: You'll mentor and develop a talented organization of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Partnering for Success: You'll act as a key business partner to our leadership teams, balancing customer satisfaction with operational excellence and financial results.

Your success is grounded in:
Strategic Mindset: You excel at turning business goals into scalable, customer-focused logistics operations.
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record building teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment. Whether your leadership was formal or project-based,you know how to bring people along and deliver results.
Business & Operational Acumen: You combine strong logistics expertise with a commercial mindset and are comfortable managing performance through data, KPIs and continuous improvement.
Tech-Savviness: You're excited to build on your expertise in digital supply chain tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
Solid Experience: You have extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain processses, driving business transformation and process optimization within logistics, preferably in an international and matrix-oriented organization.
Communication: You are fluent in English (Nordic languages are a plus!) and know how to communicate with impact across borders.
