hela Sverige As Brand Manager you will join our dynamic, young and inspirational Nordic marketing team, where you will experience and work in a flexible and demanding environment.
You will be responsible for the brands Nordic success and act accordingly in all aspects of brand management. You are expected to understand and leverage deep consumer insights, finding inspiration within and outside the company and turn them into business.
You will be based in Solna near Stockholm and some travel will be required on a monthly basis.
Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include:
• Assist Brand Managers to fully leverage prioritized work such as communication, portfolio management, P&L and all aspects of the marketing mix
• Project management of projects related to product, promos, consumer sensory tests...
• Analysing the Swedish market and competition as well as the performance of our portfolio. You will also propose adjustments based on quantitative and qualitative data
• You will, based on your own conducted post-analysis of brand campaigns, propose ideas of how to add value and improve brand in-store campaigns and visibility
• You will assist in creating sales support materials and be the brand team's direct link/ spokesperson to the Danone field sales force
• Develop and initialize brand activation on digital platforms
• You will be responsible for the day to day activation of the brand on digital platforms, this work to be in line with overall brand strategy, budget and economic targets
Education/Expericence
You are a self starter, passionate about marketing, flexible, dynamic and a team player. Analytically sharp, intuitive and a creative problem solver with a can do mindset. You take and enjoy ownership in projects and are equally motivated by working independently and in teams. You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in Swedish and English (Other languages are an asset). Have insight into how leverage media as part of the total marketing mix.
We also require:
• Master Degree in Economics and/or Marketing
• High sense of responsibility and ability of structuring multiple projects in a fast moving environment
• Open, empathetic and honest
• Capable of building strong working relationships
• Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and with courage to pursue own conviction
