We are looking for a driven and motivated Finance Specialist - Business Intelligence (BI) to be a member of the Finance Team in the MORE project and be part of a future Global Finance Process & Innovation team.
MORE is a business transformation program generating value by implementing a common ERP system, M3, in all Epiroc companies. Connecting our Customers Centers, Distribution Centers and Product Companies will allow information to be transparent across companies enabling us to make informed and timely decisions. MORE will also deliver enhanced system support to some of our key business processes reducing manual work and helping us to serve our customers better. The use of modern technology including mobile solutions is part of our digitalization strategy and is key to remain as market leader.
Mission
The Finance Specialist - BI will participate in the MORE project as a driver in the work to create a global finance report package and also be part of the overall Finance process improvement and transformation work. This role will also have the responsibility to design, develop and validate the global finance reports that will be the back-bone of the finance reporting and analytics process. We strive for lean and value adding finance processes, and BI is a critical part of that. Together with the Global Process Manager, the Finance Specialist - BI will work to secure that we get a global finance reporting package that supports the needs from both Customer Centres, Distribution Centres and Product Companies. This role will also work together with Epiroc IT to secure that we have the right access controls and that the needs of the finance community are meet within the area of BI.
Skills & Knowledge
- Finance degree on university level or other relevant background and experience
- Broad and deep knowledge in Business Intelligence. Thorough understanding of financial flows and the process steps within the area.
- Experience from working with complex ERP and BI tools. Knowledge of M3, Qlikview, SQL, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Click & Decide are a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Swedish and English both written and spoken

This position will include some travel both domestic and international.
After completion of the MORE project, this position will belong to a future Global Finance Process & Innovation team.
