As CNV Production Manager you are responsible for:
• Achieving planned goals by working in accordance with regulations, quality systems and policies
• Work to develop new products, check their technical feasibility and, if necessary, handle technical tests and sampling
• Managing production staff, organizing their technical education and testing their acquisition level
• Work from outside to promote a security, quality and environment-based corporate culture
• Work based on the company's principles and values
• To cooperate with planning in order to achieve service rate targets
We are looking for a person with experience from industries with automated lines, that are fluent in Swedish and English, as well as having great leadership skills. Appreciated qualifications are experience from conversion of paper and previous management.
