The department for Money Services needs to strengthen their team with a Change Lead. The customer is focused on building m-commerce and m-wallet products and services on behalf of mobile operators, financial institutions and online retailers to help make mobile commerce more widely available around the world more quickly. Money Services connects mobile money services that make sending, receiving, and spending money on mobile phones easy and instant. Plans to broaden availability of Money Services and connect with other similar services globally.
The Role
The overall purpose of the Change Lead role is to drive the change thru it's life cycle, coordinate resources, plan and execute all necessary tasks to successfully complete the Change. The Change Lead is integrated with Business, stakeholders, Marketing and Communication. The Change lead is one of the process roles in the Transition Team, reporting to the Transition Manager.
Competence profile
• 2 years of experience from System Integration area within Telecom, IT or similar industry.
• Good knowledge of Oracle, Linux and TCP/IP Networking.
• Very good knowledge in Change- and Release Management handling.
Personal profile
• Good analytical and structured mindset
• High communication skills
• Good developed team skills
