As a Buyer/Planner you will have a key role in the Supply Chain Dept. You'll be working closely with the Product Managers on sourcing new suppliers, negotiating terms and capacity etc. You'll also work as a liaison between POC and vendors/suppliers to support capacity planning and load balancing, especially when there are constraints or seasonality challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Work with Product, Sourcing and Demand Planning
• Advise Product, Sourcing and Demand Planning on known supply issues
• Coordinate the integration of seasonal line and product changes
• Responsible for closely monitoring seasonal product literature, packaging and labeling changes
• Working closely with the Operations Manager and staff to develop or improve purchasing and supply chain processes, systems and tools.
The position is to be filled immediately and proceed for 12 months as a consultant hired by PerformIQ. There are high possibilities to extend the position after the initial period to a full contract with POC.
Krav på person
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• 2+ years in a purchasing role utilizing an ERP platform and 1+ years experience in a forecast, capacity, production or supply planning environment. And preffered if 2+ years of the above experience specifically in planning, purchasing and inventory control.
Skills and general experience:
• Excellent communication skill in both Swedish and English (verbal & written), organizational, analytical/problem-solving and administrative skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate with specific and diverse hierarchical/cultural audiences.
• Proven ability to multi-task, organize, schedule, and track information to and from various sources.
• Highly proficient with MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Power Point.
• Experienced with ERP / MRP tools such as Navision (preferred), SAP, Oracle or similar
• Ability to work cooperatively across multiple functions and within a team-based structure.
• Must have an excellent understanding of the upstream and downstream of the supply chain process.
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and provides complete follow through on areas of responsibility.
• Knowledge of skiing and cycling is helpful.

• Valid Passport & ability to travel mainly to Asia and in Europe.

Location: Nacka, Stockholm (with travel worldwide).
