We're now looking for a Application Consultant within IFS, experience is a plus. If you also have experience or knowlege of Service Management, Life Science or Retail, it's a benefit. You work out of Stockholm with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.
The main tasks for a Application Consultant:
Collaborate with customers in providing support during day to day operations and providing new solution required.
Collaborate with support managers and development team to gather and evaluate requirements
Manage scrum activities and ensure agile way of working.
Share periodic reports with customers on deliveries.
Required Education and Experience
University degree, equivalent professional qualifications, or relevant work experience.
Having scrum certification or previous experience in agile way of working is an advantage.
