The key objectives of the role are to manage and lead a team of Creative Services Coordinators (CSC) and at the same time act as a liaison between the business and store communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of retail sales figures
Analyse retail sales report for his/her region, to support in schedules and opportunity for positive sales growth
Visit corners based on a seasonal rotation
Monitor and ensure that store stock levels are appropriate by analysing stock vs. sales information.
Training and staffing
Train, develop, assist and evaluate the Visual Merchandising performance of the Coordinator team
Ensure that all CSCs receive regular feedback on SVR's, seasonal floor plans, field visits
Guide and assist CSC's in the organisation, delivery and follow up of in-store trainings and clinics.
Read and understand all Ralph Lauren directives and product information
Train on merchandising techniques.
In store visual presentation
• Ensure and support the CSC's with the maintenance of RL merchandising
• Manage and supervise seasonal change-overs with the CSC's
• Manage the presentation of POS material
• Facilitate and implement new corner openings
• Ensure that in-store staff comply with the Ralph Lauren dress code
Reporting
• Store visits: compile regular reports detailing current merchandising standards, stocks, POS and staffing with recommendations
• Market analysis: compile quarterly reports detailing competitor activities in your region in : sales, pricing, promotions, POS materials and staffing.
• Report into the CSD on a regular basis to keep her/him updated on the team and the region
Qualifications & experience
• At least 5 years visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/ styling etc
• Identify with the brand
• Previous experience in managing a visual merchandising team
• Excellent communicator, flexible
• Strong organisation skills and be able to multi task
• Pro-active and a natural leader
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent computer skills
• Fluent in a Nordic language and English, both spoken and written
