Your job will be a part of the WCM team. WCM supports the implementation of SC-CE's strategy and effort to become a world class enterprise, while involving suppliers in the improvement processes.
The candidate we need for this position will be responsible for driving and coordinating the WCM program in the Capital Equipment business and with our suppliers. The candidate will be based in either Modena - Italy, or Lund - Sweden and will manage and coordinate an international team of WCM Champions located in both these sites.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Drive and coordinate the WCM program within SC-CE
• Stimulate change in traditional mindset
• Provide methodological support to the organization and coaches; in implementing the WCM principles
• Define and spread best practices and WCM standards
• Plan and deliver WCM training
• Guarantee alignment and cross-fertilization between the different sites and organizations
• Assess and communicate the progress of WCM implementations

You have the ability to inspire others with your enthusiasm, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals. You are analytical with a systematic approach to problem definition and problem solving and the ability to transfer long-term strategies and plans into mid/short term actions.
You have experience in managing people, coordinating team activities and running projects. You have a strong track record of change management and successfully applying WCM principles/methods during a number of years. Experience with other improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 6 Sigma, Lean or TQM would be a plus. You hold a university degree in Engineering. You are a clear communicator, with excellent presentation skills and excel at both written and spoken English - other languages are a plus.
