Seeing WoW as a product, the WoW PO maintains and manages a WoW backlog including:
* Identifying needs
* Collaborating with process owners
* Bringing together work groups to collaborate on how to improve WoWanalyzing current state of our WoW
* Finding best way of complying to requirements
* Manage process documentation establish and follow up on new/improved way of working
Examples of WoW improvements:
* Program onboardingChange enablement processRelease managementStructuring program information
Collaborate with (in order of magnitude):
* Program management
* Scrum masters
* Product Owners
* DevOps teamsCustomer
* Other WCar Departments
This is a consultancy assignment, initially it will be ongoing from 11 Sep 2023 to 08 Sep 2024 with an ability to be extended.
About you
Desired skills/ experience:
* Experience with and knowledge of large-scale organizational process improvements
* Communication skills, both written and verbalActive listening skills
* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
* Collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization
Nice to have:
* Change management certification
