hela Sverige Conduct water safety planning training which include introduction of approach in Fiji. This will include site selection( sites will be confirmed upon consultation with the Ministry in Fiji) the formation of WSP(Water Safety Plan)Teams.
Work with the Water Safety Plan Teams for the development of water safety plans which will include mapping of water sources, the identification of possible hazards and the inclusion of the implementation plans.
Support the implementation of the WSP plans of at least one selected site.
Conduct assessment of the WSP information materials that exists locally and assess the feasibility of developing new information products( i.e. guidelines, tools, SOPs) in the local language that will assist in the WPS development and implementation process.
Compile a final report that includes lessons learnt, next step which will include mission report.
You must have a master degree in water engineering or similar!
You must have at least 8 years experince in water safety planing! You are water engineer or something very similar.
