As a warranty system manager, you will be involved in development and enhancement of the various tools supporting the Volvo Group claim/warranty process. Your responsibility is to drive and support an efficient claim process to all stakeholders.

Who are we at Global Warranty? We are a team of dedicated global warranty managers, coverage and claim process managers and analytics responsible for the development and maintenance of Volvo CE global warranty terms and conditions, auditing, claim control and training.

You will be part of communication with stakeholders and users, driving development and enhancements in the claim process from an end to end perspective. The work is both strategic and operational, you need to enjoy creating a structure but also have the feeling and sense of urgency when ad hoc items need to be resolved.
It's desirable if you have good knowledge and experience in analytics, project management and solutions development. You have also experience of heavy duty or automotive field, aftermarket, retail or market experience.
Main activities and responsibilities
You will drive process-oriented IT solutions maintenance, development, improvements, and implementation to support the claim processes. Therefore, we are looking for a person that is motivated to drive change. Has a can-do mindset and is motivated to learn.
Qualifications
University degree in business, engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
Understanding and interest of IT solutions.
Proficiency in written and spoken English
