Do you want to influence customer value in our business? As warranty process and system leader, you are driving to improve how we handle the warranty business which has a direct impact for our dealers, but also for many of our co-workers working in warranty related topics. You will be reporting to Manager Warranty process and systems within Product Support, sales region EMEA.

Product Support sales region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) has the responsibility to support all dealers in the region on technical problems and warranty related questions. We solve problems, both directly verses our dealers, but also long term by acting as the primary input to drive further design improvements of our products and supporting systems.
The warranty department handles direct judgement of claims, and actively develop our warranty process and systems.

You will be in close contact with our dealers and our highly committed colleagues inside the sales region, as well as in the global functions in Volvo CE.

For this you need to be process oriented, and have a passion for working with continuous improvements. You enjoy dealing with new situations continuously, and decide how to act. To succeed, you also need a strong quality and customer focus as well as the ability to reach results.

You have a Technical and/or Commercial University degree and/or corresponding working experience. You have proficiency in personal computers and standard software's, and you are analytical. General technical interest and product understanding is beneficial. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.

Core Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the daily warranty process within Sales Region EMEA
• Develop and secure the warranty process interfaces between the regional warranty department and dealers, Global organizations and within Sales Region EMEA
• Overall EMEA responsible for the warranty system (UCHP & AMM) and DMS interfaces
• Follow-up and analyze warranty KPI 's and secure actions when needed.
• Support the Warranty team in day to day claim judgment
• Assist Region EMEA HUB's with introduction and follow up of new routines and systems, related to the warranty process
• Together with the Team and Global functions follow up on Warranty related activities including regional claim quality
• Secure that dealers are trained and participate to the training planning with Claim handlers
• Implement and follow up new process and system changes internally as well as with the dealers
• Establish routines and documents to ensure we follow the best and most efficient way of dealing with warranty related part of business

Minimum Years of Experience Required:
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with process and system development

Minimum Education Required:
• Technical and/or Commercial University degree and/or corresponding working experience
