Who are we? you might wonder
At the Volvo Penta TMA department we bring back warranty material from all markets for analysis and recommendation with the purpose of securing that the claim is in accordance with the Volvo Penta warranty rules. We also arrange that material from markets globally is brought back in order to be analyzed for quality purposes.
We are now looking for a colleague to our team who will work to ensure proper warranty compensation and to identify and drive improvement areas within warranty material.
And this is kind of what you are going to do:
• Analysis of selected claims replaced by dealers under warranty and goodwill to decide if the claims are to be accepted or rejected
• Identify and initiate improvements in instructions and guidelines that dealers have access to
• Feedback/communication to market companies regarding claims
• Order freight for claimed goods
• Document and present findings (in English)
• Participate in quality issue work

Who are you?
We are looking for a good team player who has good collaboration and communication skills. You have a holistic view and ability to work cross functionally. You take ownership of your tasks and like to work in a proactive way. You have a high integrity and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
• Mechanic training or equivalent experience
• Drivers license (B)
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• Good technical understanding of the Volvo Penta products
• PC proficiency including MS Office skills
• Knowledge of warranty rules, policy and system (UCHP, Impact, Glopps, Kola, Argus, Cms, Rapid)
• Forklift and traverse license
