For Lynk & Co Quality Europe - our newly-established organization dedicated to Lynk & Co brand overseas and partner projects quality (Volvo/Polestar) - we are now looking to add a
Warranty Manager
You'll be responsible for the overall warranty management for Lynk & Co branded products in the EU market.
You will be based in Gothenburg, reporting to the Head of Lynk & Co International Global Quality.
What you'll do
• Develop and maintain the warranty process manuals for new and current products
• Assess workshop-submitted warranty claims before approval
• Perform warranty claim control and audit on work orders and workshops
If necessary, recalculate and revise the warranty budget and required accrual model
• Select and prepare charge-back topics and information for supplier negotiations
• Act as business owner for warranty system
What you bring
• Experience in Quality and Warranty operation
• An engineering degree, + some experience in engineering will be seen as a plus
• Proficiency with Excel
To succeed in the role, being analytical and data-driven is a must. A good communicator able to make quick, accurate decisions will excel in the role.
