• Tracking and highlighting of claims, while working with the DENSO manufacturing plants and customers to ensure issues are reported on and resolved.
• Analysing warranty data, identifying key improvement activities and escalating those issues to ensure warranty targets are met.
• Leading quality investigations as and when necessary ensuring the quality tools and techniques are being used.
• Monitoring of customer targets and results.
• Supporting customer visits at DENSO Global production facilities
Your profile:
We would like to believe you have a strong interest in automotive and an interest in being part in an engaged team. Responsible, analytical, customer oriented, flexible and collaborative are words that describe you. Creative, structured and solution oriented are other important traits.
Qualifications:
• Relevant higher education or working experience in a related industry or position.
• High level of computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft office programmes.
• Skills in data analysis preferably in excel with the ability to drill down through the data to establish trends and identify issues.
• Your English need to be fluent in writing and verbally. Your Swedish need to be good in writing and verbally.
• Driving license (B) is a must.
• A genuine passion for Engineering and automotive
