Working as a Warranty admin/engineer you will contribute to this by offering the support needed to all our customers within our market as well as contribute greatly internally at Volvo Penta Nordic.Main activities and responsibilities:Your main task within this role is to secure a fast and qualitative support for our customers as well as manage and improve the warranty claim process and processing day to day warranty claimsClaim evaluation (analysis, approval and / or rejection on technical / commercial groundsMonitor the warranty process & KPIs through data analysis of warranty statisticsActively drive continuous improvements of the warranty and product registration processes and systemsTrain and inform Business Partners (and internal staff when needed) in the warranty process and systemTogether with the Market Support Manager, Plan and perform warranty audits at the MU Business PartnersSupport (second line) to warranty system users on a local levelWhen instructed by the Market Support manager, the warranty engineers shall support technical requests from Business PartnersYou will have both an operative role as well as be a part of developing our strategy to create an even more valuable support to our customers as well as internally.
