Position Overview:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, the position is responsible for managing the warranty claims process from end to end as well as providing customers with an excellent experience (either by phone, fax or e-mail).
Wondering what you'd be doing?
• Respond in a timely fashion to all warranty & customer related queries
• Manage the Returns Authorisation process in accordance to set policy & procedures
• Collaboration with customers and 3PL to ensure efficient administration of returns
• Inspection of goods returned and diagnosis of defect
• Respond to & submit requests for parts and manage spare part inventory
• Maintain summary of quality issues and provide regular warranty analysis and reports
• Coordinate with finance department to ensure that customer credits are accurately documented and issued as
needed.
• Respond to Customer inquiries in relation to product knowledge, retail locations etc.
• Coordinate with Sales & Operations to ensure timely management of sales order process
Here's what we are looking for.
• College/University Education
• Minimum 1-2 years in a customer service/help desk Warranty Rep role
• Fluent in Danish & English (German is an asset)
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player attitude
