Today, the Swedish Office in Stockholm is looking for a HR Manager to its international HR team.
Job description
The international HR team provides commercially focused solutions on people issues to all of our Warner Bros. businesses. This role will provide generalist HR support and expertise for the full range of Human Resources services and programs, including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Learning and Development for the Nordic region based in Sweden. You will report to the WB HR Director and will be responsible for partnering with senior management, providing advice and support on employee relations, structure policy development, compliance and giving regular updates on absence figures, attrition levels and general HR issues.
Your key responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the business to be able to provide commercially focused guidance to senior managers on all employee relations matters
• Ensure that appropriate HR policies and procedures are created, updated and communicated effectively to all local employees
• Audit the full detail of each month?s payroll and ensure the timely provision of accurate data to the local payroll administration
• Ensure that necessary documentation is raised so that all new starters, leavers and changes to terms and conditions are processed correctly
• Deliver coaching and workshops to line managers as required on employee relations matters and other HR initiatives
• Manage all HR admin i.e. organizational charts, personnel files, exit interviews, job descriptions, salary review
• Participate in and take ownership for a range of HR projects
• Work closely with WB Learning and Development team on the identification of training needs and implementation of training programmes.
Your profile:
• You have a bachelor degree or equivalent in HR. You also have at least 3 years working experience of qualified HR work, preferable covering the Nordic market.
• HR generalist with demonstrable experience of providing commercially focused guidance and support on a diverse range of employee relations matters
• Computer literate ? confident and experienced in HR databases (peoplesoft or SP preferred and with MS office skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
Personal characteristics:
• Operating and comfortable in a high volume, fast pace, demanding environment
• Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills; ability to priorities and excellent time management essential
• Professional, diplomatic, confident with good social skills to be able to deal with all levels of staff in organizations with diverse cultures and experience of HR
• Must be discreet, diplomatic and treat information within the department as highly confidential
• Possess a positive can-do attitude
