For our team in Borås we would like to recruit a dedicated
Warehouse Supervisor (f/m/d)
Role and Responsibilities:
• Management of a small team of employees in a logistics environment
• Planning the development of personnel, integrating new employees and conducting interviews
• Planning, management and control of daily business as well as finding remedies for non-performance
• Control and optimization of processes in terms of efficiency, quality and customer requirements
• Contact with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal compliance rules
• Active participation in daily activities, such as picking, packing, shipping, etc.
Your profile:
• Vocational training in the field of freight forwarding / logistics or comparable industry with further training in combination with relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good understanding of figures in connection with operational and logistics processes
• High degree of responsibility, assertiveness, and decision-making competence as well as result-oriented action
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Good communication skills
• Forklift licence - B1 + B3
