Primary responsibilities
Day to day Supervisory Management of the pulp, reel and raw material warehouses, ensuring a high level of H&S and housekeeping is maintained
Support the Warehouse Manager relating to daily operational needs
Ensure Warehouse procedures are adhered to, including a high level of document control (e.g. inbound and outbound paperwork)
Oversee Warehouse Team members giving guidance and support
Liaise with line manager and external functions reporting any potential shortage of Inventory/Stock
Responsible for correct and timely issue of raw materials to the Production area
Support the Warehouse Manager to control inventory / stock management, investigate stock discrepancies
Required skills and experience
Excellent communication skills, in both English and Swedish, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to the Line Manager
Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office package)
Ability to problem solve
Fork lift license C1/C2
Preferably qualifications and experience
Experience of working within an ISO / procedure driven environment
Previous experience of managing teams within a warehouse environment
