About the job:
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Polarium. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment or to be recruited directly to Polarium after the first 6 months.

Tasks and responsibilities:
In the position as a Warehouse Specialist you will be responsible for developing, building and running projects in packaging material, ERP launch as well as developing projects. Further you will be implementing operations policies and procedures as well as implement and oversee results from projects. You will track and follow deliverables. Researching and develop packaging solutions from production floor to container stuffing. You will be responsible for escalating possible delays to deliverables or project gates. Furthermore, you will be maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of all activities and perform risk analysis on ongoing or newly started projects.

• Track and follow up on all deliverables
• Researching and develop packaging solutions from production floor to container stuffing
• Escalate possible delays
• Documentation and keeping accurate records
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Good understanding of warehouse management and proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
• Proven skills from different packaging production solutions and proven project management skills
• Experience from a global/multicultural company
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in MS Office, ERP & WMS system
