hela Sverige Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Warehouse Project manager to join our Skellefteå team.
As a Warehouse Project Manager, you will coordinate interdepartmental activities with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet Northvolt Ett requirements. You will plan all warehouse activities, set and track the KPIs.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon-free society, and this is your opportunity to take part in leading those efforts and help drive us to success.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project Management
Design, sustain and improve process yield
Establish process metrics and goals
Develop and issue process designs
Design operation flows and implement ERP solutions
ERP training for the warehouse team
Coordinate the internal operations to align through the ERP solutions
Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate re-ordering tasks
Lead the stock decrease and cost down projects with the suppliers
Coordinate the team and provide sufficient follow up in different topics
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (Master degree is a plus)
Knowledge in D365 or other ERP systems
Knowledge in Stock Management
Knowledge in Warehouse Management.
Knowledge in productions systems
Personal qualities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to prepare and deliver concise understandable information to co-workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Gets hand dirty approach
Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements
Problem-solving, entrepreneurial attitude thriving in a dynamic environment where no day is like the other (we mean it!),
Self-motivated and finding it easy to establish new relationships,
Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools
Worked in multi-cultural environment
